And the month of love has also gone away…
LIFE UPDATES
– My partner has successfully continued his journey in baking and I the one towards being overweight…
– We were finally able to play Hogwarts Legacy and I can confirm that the success achieved is well deserved, both in terms of story and graphics.
– After years of immunity, I tested positive for Covid. This was probably one of the worst experiences of my life, which made me think a lot about the importance of prevention, the fragility of the human condition and how much having the right people around can be a great support.
BOOKS OF THE MONTH
This month, I managed to read/listen to 4 books:
1 – King Charles (Little people, big dreams), a reading I wanted to do to get to know King Charles better in view of his coronation next May.

3 – Lovestruck, a highly anticipated romance that unfortunately disappointed me a lot.

4 – L’amore è un bacio di dama, an audiobook I listened to because I wanted something in Italian after so many books in English, bad idea.

New purchases
Thanks to the discovery of Amazon First Reads and a super offer at the trusted Aldi, this month, not only have I not been able to reduce my TBR, but I have increased it with the purchase of five new volumes:
Movies and TV series of the month
For this month’s challenge I should have seen romantic films and TV series, unfortunately, thanks to Covid, I was only able to see Falling inn love – click on the link for the full review.
